A David Moyes West Ham team did not make us feel good. Most of the time. That is why he is no longer with the club.

Yeah, we're doing okay. Not that surprising that some fans think we're absolutely loaded though when you read stuff on abysmal sites like hammers.news, who reported a couple of days ago that we've made "record profits of over £360m" this season. You'd think they could work out that there's a big difference between profit and turnover, but apparently not.

We're not shitting our pants this summer having to flog off players, similar to the way a lot of Premier League clubs will have to do.

Yes we sold Rice, but nobody knows the payment breakdown of that deal (yet).
We spent money as well on 4 or 5 players.
I’d assume our wage bill went up accordingly.

year on year the European football income will be similar.

PL prize money a smallish increase.

I don’t see us moving from £(18)m to being ‘flushed with cash’.

Granted they are almost a year out of date but i'm not sure why you think we are flush with cash.

Its all very well getting these players in, but when you have a manager who destroys them with his horrible low block tactics and then sells them on at a great loss on the original investment. My nightmare is that they bring him back when the next manager goes to pastures new. Let us get rid of the deadwood buy well and play with some style. No more Allardyces, no more Moyes.

I think they were talking about current examples... anyway Moyes being manager when the player was bought or sold doesn't mean he developed them...its down to good procurement buying low and selling high which having Tim in place has definitely helped.... to date and there are many more examples Moyes has been instrumental in either buying high and/or selling low ... Haller, Scamacca, Benny, Fornals, Anderson, Kehrer etc etc but he can definitely be blamed for not utilising players effectively and therefore reducing the sell on fee...
